Does Corona Realty charge anything upfront?
No. As with most other brokerages, we only get paid when we are successful in selling your home. We pay for all upfront marketing fees, processing fees and administrative costs. When selling your home, you only pay our commission if we are successful. Nothing is due upfront. (Similarly to other brokerages, if you are purchasing a
property through us, you pay no commission - the Seller/Seller’s brokerage will pay our commission.)
